The Flemish Quality Management Center is a «vzw» i.e. an association that is not pursuing profit, and has been founded in 1985, with the objective of creating a climate among Flemish companies favourable to the creation of high quality, competitiveness and performance.  The VCK network brings together managers from different backgrounds and from different disciplines.

The mission of the VCK

VCK gives inspiration to have an original view on quality, innovation and talent, as components. It brings together organisations and entrepreneurs and stimulates them to realize their ambitions in a durable way.

VCK international

VCK is part of the management committee of the European Organisation for Quality (EOQ) that brings together quality organisations of 34 countries.
VCK director Annette Geirnaert is a member of the EOQ-Executive Board from June 2011 till 2014.

Moreover, VCK is World Partner of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) .

What is VCK offering Flanders?

VCK brings organisations together and gives energy to companies in order to be successful and to discover new possibilities.

Our activities aim to enhance conciousness and to stimulate a new way of thinking and acting in business life.  VCK is helping professionals and organisations to undergo a transformation and thus to become more enterprising and to stay in touch with a world that is changing  more and more quickly.

Acknowledgement of results

To work on quality improvements, innovations and breakthroughs with a team, a whole organisation, leads to results.  Sometimes it is important to make these results visible through an external independent acknowledgement.

VCK is making a commitment to acknowledge managers who are «change agents» and who successfully realize changes in the field of quality, transitions and human commitment in one of following projects :

• Quality Club Flanders – acknowledgement of the quality course by certificate
• Business Excellence Manager of the year – the winners of this prestigious prize are being proclaimed in Flanders
• K2 – acknowledgement by the Flemish authorities
• K2 auditors level I and II – auditors trained by VCK for the K2 acknowledgement program
